Call Completion Plus
Excell Services offers technology which enables our Directory Assistance customers to provide call completion services on their own network without the need for dedicated transport or additional equipment at the customer's switch site.
Our unique technology allows our customers to utilize 800/DID access into Excell Services' switching platform. Excell Services then returns the call to our customer's switch for call completion on their own network. Utilizing SS7 technology, access is virtually instantaneous, and because no additional equipment is needed, there is nothing to break and nothing to maintain. A telecommunications service provider no longer needs to make the capital investment in either equipment or dedicated transport required to provide call completion to its customers.
