Excell Services Celebrates Three Year Automation Milestone
Tempe, Arizona - November 29, 2005 -
Excell Services announced that it's Voice Automation Service for Directory Assistance has been
successfully deployed for three years. In the fall of 2002, Excell Services became a pioneer in voice
automation by launching its service in cooperation with Nuance Communications (formerly ScanSoft). Excell
and Nuance have worked closely in deploying voice automation across millions of calls per month and
multiple carrier customers. "Having a trusted partner like Nuance in addition to our three years of
